What you do

  • As Lead Specialist Product Manager B2C Home Energy Solutions, you are fully responsible for our B2C smart charging products (eyond) and our home energy solution over the whole product lifecycle
  • You define the overall B2C product strategy and drive cross-portfolio alignment with further products 
  • You design, create, launch and operate products based on our existing and newly developed technology and the experience we gathered 
  • You own financial performance of your products
  • You represent the product portfolio strategy towards management and resolve high-level strategic alignment challenges across departments 
  • You work together with home energy management partners to ensure seamless integration with a first focus on Germany
  • You talk to customers to uncover their needs and shape solutions they love
  • You are constantly monitoring the market, regulatory changes, competition and trends in the E-Mobility and Energy Sector and derive consequences for the development of our products
  • You establish and optimize product management processes, frameworks and performance metrics across cross-functional teams
  • You act as a mentor and thought leader for other Product Managers, raising the overall product capability within the organization

Who you are

  • You have at least five years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • You worked as product manager in the energy industry in the past or as product manager for a scaling digital B2C product
  • You already gathered experience in the home energy management, energy or electric mobility sector.
  • You are data-driven and have been (co-)responsible for a product PnL
  • You are excited to work in a rapidly changing environment and to create a new products from the scratch
  • You can keep the big picture in mind and manage conflicting interests accordingly.
  • You excel when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are a team player, enjoy working in cross-functional teams and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You speak German & English fluently
