What you do

  • As part of the FlexEngine team, youwork onthe end to enduser experience, including touch points such asour app and white label variant, charger and Home Energy Management Systems
  • You support the design process from user research to implementation. In close collaboration with our developers, you put our customers at the centre to create an outstanding customer journey 
  • You create and evolve design systems, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to evaluate and further improve your ideas and designs 
  • You plan and coordinate user testing to derive the best measures for product development and design 
  • You work in a data driven way and actively coordinate the collection and evaluation of user feedback 

Who you are

  • You are motivated to learn, grow, and actively contribute to the end to end use rexperience of our solutions
  • You have first practical experience in UI/UX or product design through internships, university projects, freelance work, orelse.
  • You impress us with your combination of strong visual aesthetics and the ability to make complex products simple and intuitive to use 
  • You are anconfidentin Figma or comparable design tools 
  • You are familiar with agile ways of working and design thinking, and ideally have experience with Jira and Confluence 
  • You stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices 
  • You are passionate about electric mobility and innovative future technologie
  • Experience with HEMS systems and home integration is a strong plus

We integrate vehicle batteries into the power grid using intelligent charging and energy solutions. The whole thing started 15 years ago with a simple idea from our founder Thomas Raffeiner: What if idle electric cars could be used as mobile storage units? And make their potential available to the energy industry with its growing storage requirements? The idea for The Mobility House was born.
